Easy to communicate with and delivered on time, but we were rather disappointed in the arrangement. For $100 ($80 + delivery) I expected a consistent color scheme.

absolutely loved the flowers my husband got me! The staff was so helpful in guiding him and helping him choose exactly what I would like. The arrangement turned out beautiful, and you can tell they really care about making customers happy. Highly recommend!

Ordered a large weekly special basket for my Memaw and she loved it! I particularly liked that there are some unopened blooms which will extend the life of the arrangement. Based on the photo they sent me, it looks great. I also appreciate the absolute seamlessness of the transaction. No unnecessary contacts, no repetitive texts or excessive emails. I simply placed an order, got the email confirmation and within 2 hours it was delivered to her room at Adam’s Place and I got a notification of the delivery. Only suggestion for improvement I have is to possibly freshen up your website. I ordered this from out of state and there weren’t a ton of examples, particularly in the Special Occasion sections. I nearly chose another vendor for this reason and wouldn’t want that to be a deterrent for another potential customer. You guys deserve the business! Great job! Thank you.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "Incredible service, heartfelt results." I ordered a custom bouquet of 10 roses with a very specific color layout including a red rose in the center, balanced with pink, white, and yellow… and the result was stunning. 🌹 They delivered the arrangement with care, in a vase, and right on time. I especially appreciated their responsiveness, flexibility, and willingness to honor the emotional intention behind the gesture… it wasn’t just flowers; it was a message. For a last-minute, heartfelt delivery to someone staying temporarily at a friend’s home, they handled everything with professionalism and warmth. And the recipient was genuinely touched. Highly recommend Enchanted Flower Shop for anyone who wants their flowers to really say something.

I’m super late with this review but I have to brag on how wonderful this business is!!! I came in not really being too picky with what I wanted for my bridal bouquet, boutanniere, and bridesmaids bouquets but was assisted every step of the way. I gave what colors I was looking for and made one more out of the box request. I’m into crystals and had seen some people on the internet would add them to bouquets and really wanted to do the same. The owner was so sweet and told me she would honor that request and asked which crystal I wanted. When we came to pick up my order she surprised me not only with a beautiful amethyst pillar for my bouquet but also a mini one for my husbands boutanniere! 🥹 She made the experience so wonderful and now I have two keepsakes forever from my wedding day. My bouquet was way to beautiful to throw to someone else so I kept it instead and dried it and it’s still as breathtaking 10 months later 💕 Please give this shop your business because it was 100 percent an amazing experience!
